Now, let us have a deep dive into how you can have a breakthrough in 2026

First, let us understand what a breakthrough?

According to Tony Robbins, a breakthrough is a moment in time when everything changes.

This is the time when you feel what was impossible is now possible to achieve.

Let us take an example from Alex Hormozi, who used to think that achieving millions of dollars is a matter of luck; only a few of them achieve it because they have resources. Seemed to be impossible for him. But once he achieved a mark of $100K, he came to know that everything is achievable with the right strategies, and thisis what his breakthrough.

Now, let us start planning your breakthrough:

4 golden questions:

Before aiming for your next breakthrough, you need to understand your past breakthroughs. Why? This will make you understand your nature when a breakthrough happens, and you can detect them easily.

  1. What was your breakthrough?

  2. What was the moment that changed it all?

  3. What triggered that breakthrough?

  4. What made it last/retain?

If you answer these, now you are ready move on to the next steps for a breakthrough.

Shift in energy and mindset:

These are the 2 components that will act as the driving force for your breakthrough

Energy: Energy is a psychological habit, not something that comes from food, air, or anything we consume. Observe that when you fast for 3 days, your energy is high, which means food is just a fuel, but not something that controls your energy.

So your energy is in your control, and you need to be the master of regulating it.

Mindset: Our questions control our emotions and the way we take action, so our mindset should be shifted to ask the right questions, instead of asking “Why am I not able to do that?”, ask, “How can I do that?” A small adjustment in words can trigger your subconscious to achieve exceptional things.

3 S in reverse order of importance for breakthrough:

Strategy: People who do exceptionally well always employ strategy. This is what keeps your road clear to a breakthrough. Doing random things is just a loop where you will never achieve. So how do you make a strategy? I have shared detailed steps in the part-1 of this series.

Story: People talk about personal brand, but what is it? It is just a story of yourself, not a boring one, but a person working hard to achieve something meaningful. Play around your story, add meaningful things to it, announce it, make it public, let the people know about it. Never expect opportunity to knock on your door until you go to each door and knock it yourself.

State: This is something about how you feel. There are some days when you feel low, and some days you feel high. But you are having rapid changes every day? This is a concern. Your state should be constant most of the time, you should have that fire inside you to do that breakthrough, even if no one is there to remind you.

Conclusion:

As said in the previous newsletter, these lessons may not be directly about business or entrepreneurship, but they are the things that serve as the base for anything you build in the future. Remember, a fancy building will never sustain without a strong foundation; the same goes for your business.

Keep building yourself every day!
